Items from Hippocampus collection can be returned within 10 days calendar days from the date you placed your order.
All custom sales are final, without return/refund option, due to the nature of the process.
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise otherwise cannot be returned.
Returned items must be received unwashed, unworn, not damaged and in new condition.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Clothing patterns may vary due to the nature of our originals. Colors may vary due to lighting, computer monitor resolutions or camera lenses. Color or pattern varieties do not qualify as defects.
Hippocampus is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Filled out return form, received in your original package, must be included in the return package.
